(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for setting aside order dated 09.09.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana in complaint case No.199 dated 01.02.2014 titled as "Pawan Sayal v. Shambhu Kumar", whereby petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender.

Heard.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to appear/surrender before the trial Court within seven days from today and he shall be released on bail on his furnishing bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
