(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that respondent No.3 without waiting for the date of deciding objections i.e. 05.04.2023 has issued a fresh joint time table vide order dated 03.04.2023 thereby granting joint time table on Dasuya to Hajipur and back route, ignoring the claim of the petitioner whose permits are valid up to 06.03.2028 and 20.03.2028 respectively. While issuing joint time table, 13 slots have been left vacant to accommodate any new/renew permit. The petitioner is fully eligible to be considered even in that slot as her permits were granted and the validity of the same is yet to expire. The petitioner has already staked her claim by serving POONAM BHATT 2023.04.17 17:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case her legal notice dated 31.03.2023 is ordered to be decided by the respondent No.3 in accordance with law within a time bound manner.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Athar Ahmed, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3, 5 and 6 and on instructions submits that the legal notice served by the petitioner upon respondent No.3 shall be considered and decided in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
