Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned order dated 03.04.2025 (Annexure P-7) whereby the claim of the petitioners has been rejected. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought, directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue on Group-D post i.e. the existing post on which they were working as per Deployment of Contractual Policy, 2022 (Annexure P-1) and in view of the similar order dated 24.12.2025 passed in CWP-7437-2025 (Annexure P-8) and order dated 30.01.2026 passed in CWP-9827-2025. Further prayer has been made to direct the

respondents to allow the petitioner to work after engagement, to continue till work load available or regular appointment made or not be replace with another set of contractual employees. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if the legal notice dated 10.02.2026 (Annexure P-14) of the petitioners is decided by respondent No.4 by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondents No.4 to 8, appearing on advance notice, submits that they have no objection, in case a direction is issued to the respondent No.4 for time-bound consideration and decision of the legal notice dated 10.02.2026 (Annexure P-14) of the petitioners by passing a speaking order.

Therefore, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the respondent No.4 is directed to consider the legal notice dated 10.02.2026 (Annexure P-14) of the petitioners and pass a speaking order in the light of the judgments rendered by this Court in CWP-7437-2025 and connected cases, titled as Renu and others vs State of Haryana and others, decided on 24.12.2025 (Annexure P-8) and CWP-9827-2025 and connected cases, titled as Sandeep Kumar and others vs State of Haryana and others, decided on 30.01.2026 (Annexure P-9), after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of 03 months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Further, the decision taken

thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioners. Needless to say, if the petitioners are found entitled to the relief sought, the same shall be granted forthwith by respondent No.4.
