(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent, in support of his statement made before this Court on the last date of hearing i.e. 23.3.2023, has produced a photocopy of the order dated 07.7.2022 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Daily/Pre Lok Adalat/ ACJ(SD), Sonepat, in case CIS No.EXE/218/2015, titled as 'Umed Singh vs. Om Singh' vide which the Decree-holder Umed Singh (respondent herein) had withdrawn the Execution Petition being fully satisfied. The same is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid development, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the present Civil Revision has been VIJAY ASIJA 2023.05.05 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
