MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Due to outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, the case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Legal Notice dated 05.04.2020 (Annexure P6) of the petitioner for allotting and transferring the petitioner in District Bhiwani as her case was on parity with the petitioners who filed CWP-31823-2019 titled Monika and others v. State of Haryana and others. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that a direction be issued to the respondents for taking a decision on the Legal Notice (Annexure P-6) submitted by the petitioner. Keeping in view the limited prayer addressed by the petitioner, facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on RUPINDER KAUR 2020.06.30 16:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document the merits of the case, it is considered appropriate to dispose of this petition,

CWP-8782-2020 [ 2 ] with a direction to the Director of Elementary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula (respondent No.2) to consider and decide the Legal Notice dated 05.04.2020 (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
