(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that proceedings are at the fag end inasmuch as after conclusion of the evidence, the respondents had filed an application for amendment which was allowed following which two opportunities have been given to either side to conclude their evidence. Learned counsel for the parties assure that no unnecessary adjournments will be sought by either of the parties. In view of the above, let status quo be maintained qua the usage of the land. The parties shall continue to use the land as is being used by them.
