**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 3 dated 27.8.2014 under Sections 420/471/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station NRI, Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for any further investigation. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurpal Singh, Police Station NRI, Bathinda, also submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, order dated 23.3.2015 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute, however, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
