AT CHANDIGARH RSA No. 989 of 2000 (O&M) DATE OF DECISION :- 13.11.2025 Surjit Singh ...Appellant

Versus

Sucha Singh

...Respondent

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None for the appellant.

*** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.

None is present on behalf of the appellant. Notice issued to the appellant has been received back that appellant has died. Even the sole respondent has also died. It seems that none is interested in pursuing the instant appeal. 2.

In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to LRs of the appellant, if any to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 3.

Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
