(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 07.03.2025, Annexure P-6, whereby the petitioners who are working as Legal Assistants (contractual basis), have been temporarily deputed at Headquarter, Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the order dated 07.03.2025, Annexure P-6, deputing the petitioners at the headquarter for three months is mala fide. The respondents have arbitrarily adopted 'pick and choose' method, and even after passing of this order petitioner no.8/Neetu, Legal Assistant, has been dropped from the list. 3.

Learned State counsel has received instructions from second respondent vide memo dated 03.04.2025, which is taken on record as Annexure 'A'. He submits that all the petitioners, including petitioner no.8, have again been directed to join services at headquarter vide order dated 25.03.2025, as a PAYAL 2025.04.05 13:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-8025-2025 -2last opportunity. The order also stipulates, their failure to join will result in their contractual service contract not being extended for the next year. 4.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof granting them liberty to raise the grievance in case after joining at the headquarter their continuity in service is disturbed.
