**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J This is the second petition seeking regular bail in FIR No. 195 dated 31.5.2017 registered at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar under Sections 304-B, 302, 34 IPC.

Petitioner has placed on record the order passed on the first bail application.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 31.5.2017 and he is the father-in-law. Counsel further submits that the mother-in-law was allowed bail and after January 2018, two uncles of the deceased have not supported the prosecution version. Counsel further contends that the husband of the deceased is in custody and the petitioner is not keeping well and the medical status report has also been received. As per the medical status report filed by the State, the petitioner is suffering from Asthma as well as depression. Crl. Misc. No. M-32831 of 2018 -2to the Civil Hospital and also in the Psychiatry emergency. As per the report, on account of his psychiatric illness, he is not even taking the medicines which is affecting his health.

Considering the above and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
