(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint bearing No.CRM No.473 of 2018 dated 13.09.2018, filed under Sections 340, 195(1) Cr.P.C. titled as 'Gurnam Singh Vs. Sucha Singh' decided on 17.11.2021 by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bholath. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the receipt of deposit of Rs.50,000/- by the petitioner with the District Legal Services Authority, Kapurthala, pursuant to the previous order dated 20.04.2023, vide which the petitioner was directed to appear before the Trial Court with a further direction to the Trial Court to release the petitioner on interim bail.
