The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide the representation Annexure P-4, in a time bound manner. 2.

The learned State Counsel, does not have any objection, to an order being made by this Court to the respondents concerned, to look into and decide through a speaking order, representation Annexure P-4. 3.

Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents concerned, to make a decision in accordance with law, and, pass a speaking order upon the representation (Annexure P-4) within three weeks from today.
