NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Mandeep @ Jugga, son of Ram Kishan @ Bhau, resident of village Dugri, Police Station, Maqsudan, District Jalandhar, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 148, 323, 324 and 326 read with Section 149, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 65, dated 18.5.2015, registered at Police Station, Kartarpur, District Jalandhar.

CRM-M-31882-2015 SI Malkiat Singh of Police Station, Kartarpur, District Jalandhar, submits that in compliance of the interim directions dated 15.10.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the material available on record, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued vide order dated 15.10.2015, are made absolute.
