NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely, Harbans Singh son of Jita Singh and Bhagwant Singh son of Mast Singh, both residents of village Kainaur, Police Station, Morinda, Tehsil Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 465, 468 and 471, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 116, dated 16.7.2015, registered at Police PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.10.20 16:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRM-M-31885-2015 Station, Morinda, District Rupnagar Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Harmesh Kumar of Police Station, Morinda, District Rupnagar, submits that in compliance of the order dated 18.9.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation. In view of totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is accepted. The interim directions issued by this Court, vide order dated 18.9.2015, are made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.PC.
