1. To be referred to the Reporter or not ?
2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Sh.Salvinder Singh, Head Constable, Police Station Sarai Khan, Distt. Tarn Taran, submits that in compliance of the order dated 16.9.2014 passed by this court, petitioners did not approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, seeking protection. She further submits that it seems that the petitioners do not require any protection, as stated in the present petition. She prays for disposal of the present petition as infructuous.
The above said statement made by learned counsel for the State seems to be correct. Further, neither anybody has come present on behalf of the petitioners to argue nor any request for pass over has been made. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
23.3.2015 (RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK) GS JUDGE GREESH SAHNI 2015.03.25 15:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
