KAPIL 2015.10.16 16:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-31888-2015 [2] *** CRM-M-26854 of 2010 seeking regular bail and the same was dismissed on merits vide order dated 05.10.2010. Thereafter, the petitioner absconded from the custody and another FIR bearing No.69 dated 12.04.2011, under Sections 223 and 224 IPC was registered against the petitioner at Police Station Dhuri. Petitioner moved CRM-M-8050-2011 seeking bail and the same has also been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 06.09.2011. Petitioner was arrested in the present case on 04.08.2015.
Keeping in view the fact that earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on merits and the fact that later he absconded from the custody, no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner, is made out.
Dismissed.
