**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in criminal complaint bearing RBT No. 113 dated 23.12.2011/16.7.2014 under Section 3
(1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, read with Sections 323/506/34 IPC pending in the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khadur Sahib. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the complainant is no more, but interestingly, his son is pursuing the complaint against the petitioners, which is still at the committal stage, because the case has not been committed by the learned Magistrate to the learned Special Judge, so far.
Having heard the learned counsel for the applicantspetitioners, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the learned trial court on or before AMIT KUMAR 2015.09.19 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
Criminal Misc. No. M-31889 of 2015 10.10.2015 and they shall be admitted to ad interim bail, to its satisfaction.
