CRM No. 15369 of 2015 This is an application for placing on record deposition of PW11 & PW12. Application is allowed as prayed for. Documents are taken on record as annexure P16 to P17.
CRM-M 3189 of 2015 This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 306 dated 15.05.2014 under Sections 306 IPC at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagdish, who is present in court, at the outset submits that out of 25 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 20 have been examined. He further submits that prosecution shall not delay the matter in any manner.

CRM-M 3189 of 2015 (O&M) In view of the fact that trial is nearing its culmination, no case is made out for enlarging the petitioner on bail. Dismissed. In case, however, trial does not conclude within a period of three months, fresh right to seek bail shall accrue to the petitioner.
