**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.25 dated 01.06.2016, under Sections 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Amritsar City, on the basis of compromise dated 19.07.2016 (Annexure P-2).

During the course of preliminary hearing, the trial Court, was directed to record the statements of all the concerned parties, with regard to the genuineness and validity or otherwise of the compromise dated 19.07.2016 (Annexure P-2), by way of order dated 19.09.2016, by this Court.

Petitioners have not come present in Court to make the statement. In view of above-said report, no ground for quashing of FIR No.25 dated 01.06.2016, under Sections 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Amritsar City, on the basis of compromise dated 19.07.2016 (Annexure P-2), at this stage, is made out and the same is hereby dismissed.
