**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.25 dated 01.06.2016, under Sections 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Amritsar City, on the basis of compromise dated 19.07.2016 (Annexure P-2).
During the course of preliminary hearing, the trial Court, was directed to record the statements of all the concerned parties, with regard to the genuineness and validity or otherwise of the compromise dated 19.07.2016 (Annexure P-2), by way of order dated 19.09.2016, by this Court.
In compliance of order dated 19.09.2016 of this Court, the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar dated 09.12.2016 has been Naresh Kumar 2016.12.23 15:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CRM-M-32777-2016 -2received. As per the report, the statement of complainant has been recorded and she stated that she has not entered into compromise with the petitioners. Petitioners have not come present in Court to make the statement. In view of above-said report, no ground for quashing of FIR No.25 dated 01.06.2016, under Sections 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Amritsar City, on the basis of compromise dated 19.07.2016 (Annexure P-2), at this stage, is made out and the same is hereby dismissed.
