(ORAL) The petitioner, in the garb of this review petition, is seeking rehearing of the matter which would not be permissible in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of High Court of Tripura through the Registrar General Vs. Tirtha Sarathi Mukherjee & Ors., reported as 2019 (16) SCC 663 wherein it has been held by the Supreme Court that the review applications are limited to the patent errors apparent on the face of record. I do not find any such patent error.
