SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.274 dated 06.06.2024 under Sections 20 (b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act registered at P.S Hodal, District Palwal. After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. Prayer is accepted.
