Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 10 dated 4.2.2015 under Section 302, 323, 342, 367, 427, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3, 4 of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Sekhwan, District Gurdaspur. While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 18.9.2015:- "Notice of motion for 05.10.2015 List along with CRM-M-29147 of 2015.

In the meantime, petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court shall release the petitioner on interim bail subject to its satisfaction." Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has furnished interim bail.
