(Oral) By way of filing the present application, applicant - Pushpa Devi seeks transfer of Civil Suit titled as 'Krishana vs. Smt.Sheetal and others', pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Tosham, District Bhiwani, to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Kanina, District Mahendergarh, Haryana. Heard.

The nature of the litigation is in the form of a civil suit, where personal appearance of the applicant on each and every date of hearing is not necessary. She can appear there through her counsel. It is not in the form of matrimonial litigation between the two spouses. No ground is made out to allow the application. Dismissed.
