(Oral) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take action against respondents No.5 and 6 under the relevant provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act for illegally storing allopathic drugs and for administering medicines by running a medical practice without any licence or qualification. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned State counsel for the State submits that after due enquiry, the complaint dated 16.05.2017 (Annexure P-4) has been consigned to the records.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Disposed of.
