Shimlapuri, Distt. Ludhiana City, is being sought on the basis of compromise dated 20.02.2014 (Annexure P-2). In compliance of order dated 16.09.2014, report of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, has been received in this regard. As per report, statement of complainant has been recorded to the effect that she do not want to compromise the mater as accused had outraged her modesty and are still threatening her.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
