Mr. Pardeep Goyal states at the bar that respondent No. 2 would adopt the reply filed by respondent No. 1-State of Haryana and he does not want to file separate or additional reply.
Learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Rajbir Singh of Police Station, Sector 55, Faridabad, states that vide order dated 11.6.2015, learned Trial Court after finding a prima facie case has framed charges against the petitioners and, PRASHANT KAPOOR 2016.02.20 14:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRM-M-31985-2014 as such, the petitioners, if so advised, have to challenge the said order of framing of charges.
Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 has also adopted the above argument.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has no instructions to approach the revisional Court to challenge the order of framing of charges.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with the observation that if so advised, the petitioners may challenge the order of framing of charges in accordance with law.
