A civil suit for injunction qua private respondents is also stated to have been filed. However, private respondents herein have still forcibly harvested wheat crop of the applicant-petitioner and dismantled the house situated therein inspite of a "status quo" order passed in the application for temporary injunction in the pending suit.

After arguing for sometime,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioner to seek his alternative remedy in accordance with law. 30.09.2015.
