In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as his family members from the hands of respondents No. 5 to 15 and further to decide representations dated 24.06.2017, 01.06.2017 and 05.08.2017 (Annexures P-11 to P-13, respectively) moved by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot, is directed to decide the representations dated 01.06.2017, 24.06.2017 and 05.08.2017 (Annexures P-11 to P-13, respectively) moved by the petitioner. 3.
In view of the above, respondent No. 3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot, is directed to look into the matter and decide the representations dated 01.06.2017, 24.06.2017 and 05.08.2017 (Annexures P-11 to P-13, respectively) moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
