Present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed seeking quashing/setting aside of impugned order dated 16.12.2016 (Annexure P-3) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali) in Criminal Revision No.42/22.09.2016 titled as "Sarabjit Kaur and another versus Avtar Singh"; and for modification of order dated 16.09.2015 (Annexure -2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali) in Misc. App. No. RT74/31.1.2013/17.9.2013 titled as "Sarabjit Kaur and another versus Avtar Singh" under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enhancement of the maintenance amount earlier granted under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and for the grant of maintenance @ Rs. 25,000/- per month to each of the petitioner. 2.
