(Oral) This is the second petition seeking grant of anticipatory bail filed on behalf of Jatinder Pal Singh Shergill who has since been declared a 'Proclaimed Offender'.

Keeping in view the ratio of Lavesh Vs. State (NCT of Delhi) 2012(8) SCC 730 this Court does not find any ground for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition is sans merit and is hereby dismissed.
