Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.190 dated 27.04.2017 registered under Sections 336, 406, 420, 427, 506 IPC at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak.

Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that police is going to file cancellation report very shortly and that apart, parties have compromised. In view of above, petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
