DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that though the das summons for the service of the respondents were obtained, but the appellant has not turned up. Learned counsel also submits that despite all possible efforts, the appellant has not contacted him. In the aforesaid circumstances, present appeal stands disposed of with liberty to the appellant to get it revived, in case any cause of ac-on s-ll survives.
