(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondents, especially respondent No.5, to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No. 2 to 4, who on the behest of respondents No. 6 to 13 are harassing the petitioner. In this regard, she has also approached the authorities by way of representation dated 10.08.2017 (Annexure P-7). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.5 be directed to look into the representation dated 10.08.2017 (Annexure P-7), in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
Ms. Gaganpreet Kaur, learned AAG, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition be served upon her by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for.
