 It has been brought to our notice that the State of Haryana has passed a remedial order exempting the petitioner from depositing his weapons as per the instructions of the Election Commission of India. Photocopies of the vernaculars have been placed on record by Mr. Balyan, Additional Advocate General, Haryana. The same is taken on record. In view of the above, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
