**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the apprehension of the petitioners is that they are not being permitted to reside in their own house are uncalled for and incorrect. He submits that if it is their house and they can always reside there. Learned State counsel further submits that police is only raiding the house in order to arrest the accused persons i.e. family members of petitioner named in FIR under Section 302 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that thrice earlier the investigator has tried to lock the house.

Given above, in case this is done again, it shall be open for the petitioners to file a fresh petition before this Court and such action shall be taken seriously. The present petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
