(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 5 for conducting fair investigation in FIR No.89 dated 07.04.2018 registered under Sections 302 and 201 IPC at Police Station Tripri Anaj Mandi, Patiala.

Both the sides agree that if fresh investigation is conducted by the Bureau of Investigation, Punjab, they shall have no objection of any kind to its outcome. Consequently investigation is ordered to be transferred from Police Station Tripri Anaj Mandi, Patiala, to the Bureau of Investigation, Punjab. Investigating Officer, Head Constable Gurmeet Singh is directed to hand over complete file to the office of Director, Bureau of Investigation, Punjab, Chandigarh, within a week from today, who shall RAVINDER SINGH 2019.02.13 11:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document conclude the investigation preferably within next three months.
