Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.48 dated 06.04.2020, registered at Police Station Bassi Pathana, under Sections 148, 323, 324, 326 (added subsequently) and 149 IPC.

Vide order dated 04.06.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioners had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
