At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is arrested in another FIR No.114, dated 05.07.2024 under Sections 303, 317(4), 317(2) of BNSS, 2023 registered at Police Station Dharmkot, District Moga, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. So, he wants to withdraw the present petition. 3.
