**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner has already passed away. The said fact is not disputed by learned State counsel. Earlier an application was moved bearing CRM-1620-2017 by the family members of the deceased so as to pursue the revision. However, today it is informed by learned counsel for the applicants that they do not want to pursue the said application.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present revision stands disposed of having been rendered abated. All the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, also stands disposed of.
