**** Harpreet Singh Brar, J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits that the controversy involved in the present case stand settled by this Court in CWP-7614-2024 titled as Surinder Singh vs. Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. and others (decided on 22.09.2025) and intra-court appeal bearing LPA No.3004 of 2025 titled as Nathi Ram and others vs. Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. and others (decided on 11.11.2025) was dismissed on 11.11.2025 by the Division Bench of this Court. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to controvert the said facts. He submits that position of the petitioners is same as SONIA BURA 2026.03.24 09:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-8461-2026 -2of the petitioners in Surinder Singh's case(supra) and the present petition may be disposed of in the same terms.
