(Oral) On 07.05.2024, the following order was passed :- "On 13.07.2023, the following order was passed: "Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to place the copy of the order, as claimed to have been passed by the Court at Budhlada also qua the issuance of conditional warrants of arrest against the petitioner, on the record. Adjourned to 31.08.2023."

Thereafter, at request of petitioner's side further time was granted to comply with the above said order dated 13.07.2023 on 31.08.2023, 18.10.2023 as also 04.03.2024. The order dated 13.07.2023 is still not complied with. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks another opportunity to do so. Though no cause is made out to grant another opportunity yet in the interest of justice, the petitioner is afforded another opportunity to comply with the order dated 13.07.2023. This shall be subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- as costs by the petitioner to be deposited in Haryana State Legal Services Authority, Panchkula and the said costs be deposited well before the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has no further instructions in the matter.

It is further decipherable from the record that the amount of Rs.10,000/- (which was directed to be deposited as costs) has not been deposited till date.

Ergo, the petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
