NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the FIR in the present case was lodged by the Sub-Registrar, Dabwali, and, as such, without impleading him as a party, the prayer of the petitioners for quashing of the FIR is not tenable. Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioners to take all the pleas before learned Trial Court, in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the above prayer.
