The present petition has been filed under Section 528 seeking quashing of complaint case bearing number NACT-859-2023 dated 18.10.2023 titled as "Kanwar Pal Vs. Deepali Gupta" filed under Sections 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 as well as summoning order dated 08.11.2023 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Panchkula and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for considerable time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

In view of above, the prayer so made is allowed. Dismissed as withdrawn.
