* * * * The petitioner filed a writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance for writ of mandamus directing the respondents to register the Lal Jhanda (Mangli Division), Hero Cycle, Majdoor Union under Trade Union Act, 1926. Learned State Counsel submits that the said Union has already been registered on 02.11.2005. The said fact is also apparent from the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court on November 17, 2016. Counsel for the petitioner has not put in appearance. In view of the above, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
