(Oral) This is an application under Section 151 CPC seeking permission for withdrawal of the main appeal, in view of the compromise affected between the parties on 01.04.2019 (C-1) whereby the appellant has agreed to pay Rs.14,50,000/- to the respondents. Rs. 1 lac had already been paid and Rs.13,50,000/- will be paid in this Court after recording their statements. Mr. P.D. Sharma, Advocate who is present in the Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the respondents are bound by the terms and conditions of the compromise. The respondents are present in the Court and stated that they are bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement. Learned counsel for the appellants has handed over two demand drafts bearing No.

453229 and 453230 in favour of Gamdoor Singh and Major Singh amounting to Rs.6,75,000/- each to the respondents. In view of the above, the application is allowed and the main appeal is disposed of, in view of the compromise affected between the parties (C-1).
