The present appeal pertains to the year 1998. Vide order dated 05.04.2024 notice was issued to the parties as counsel for the appellant had pleaded no instructions in the matter and none had appeared on behalf of the respondent. As per the Office report, the sole appellant and the sole respondent has since died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as the legal representatives of the appellant. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
