Learned counsel for complainant-Mahant Divyamber Muni, has filed power of attorney on his own, though he has not been impleaded as party. The same is taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place.

Perusal of the file shows that earlier on two occasions when this case was taken on Board for hearing, the petitioner has gone un-represented.
