Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter has been settled between the parties and the Insurance Company has agreed to pay an amount of ₹5,50,000/- as full and final settlement over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal vide the impugned award. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellants states that the said offer has been accepted by the appellants as full and final settlement. 3.

In view of the above, present appeal is disposed off with a direction that the Insurance Company shall transfer an amount of ₹5,50,000/-, as agreed, in the accounts of the appellants proportionately within a period of six weeks from today failing which the appellants shall be JITENDER KUMAR 2025.05.14 11:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
