Prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of directions to Registrar General, Firms and Societies Haryana, Chandigarh, respondent No.1 to decide the pending appeal No. 567 of 2023 dated 23.10.2023 (Annexure P-5) in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel on instructions, submits that the appeal is already fixed for 10.09.2024 and the same shall be decided expeditiously either on the date already fixed or within a period of two months, even if the matter is not heard on the said date.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1- Registrar General, Firms and Societies Haryana to decide the appeal within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
