    Through this petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the fact finding report (Annexure P4), the decision thereon (Annexure P5) and the complaints made to the CM Grievances Redressal System.

The petitioner alleges embezzlement of public funds by the elected office bearer namely the Sarpanch. The Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Sadhaura, after holding a fact finding inquiry has found no substance in the complaint. Consequently, the file has been consigned to the record.

The petitioner has a remedy under the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, as well as under criminal law. In view thereof, no ground to exercise the extra ordinary writ jurisdiction is made out. Disposed of.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
